When to call for an urgent repair

  • Water coming through the ceiling

    Active dripping, a bulging ceiling or water running down a wall needs attention right away.

  • Storm or wind damage

    Missing sections of shingles, torn-off flashing or exposed decking after a storm.

  • Fallen limbs

    A branch or tree on the roof can puncture the decking. Stay clear of it and call.

  • Openings in the roof

    Any hole or exposed area that will let the next rain straight into the house.

    Tell us what you're seeing and where the property is. If you can safely take photos from the ground or inside, they help.

  2. 02

    Secure the roof

    We secure the damaged area, for example with a tarp, to keep more water out until the permanent repair.

  3. 03

    Permanent repair

    Once it's safe and dry, we repair the damaged shingles, flashing or decking properly and give you a clear explanation of the work.

What should I do while I wait?

Move valuables and electronics away from the water, catch drips with buckets, and if a ceiling is bulging, keep people out of that room. Never go on a wet or damaged roof yourself.

Can you help with insurance claims?

We can show you the damage we found and describe the repair, which you can share with your insurance company. Coverage decisions are up to your insurer.

Do you handle emergency chimney problems?
